Jemtech UK has gained a Gold BenchmarQ Award for Customer Satisfaction following a survey of customers by QMS International, a leading provider of ISO assessment and certification.
The survey of customers carried out independently by QMS International in February 2012 returned scores of 90.75% satisfaction for the products and services provided by the Uckfield-based metal cutting fluids specialist. Similarly, a score of 90.12% was achieved for staff performance, which QMS describes as exceptionally good.
Probably the most satisfying response for the team at Jemtech was the fact that of all the customers surveyed, none had found reason to raise a complaint against the service and support provided, leading to a high level of recommendation from its customer base.
“This achievement is attributed to a combination of: product, people and services with all elements merging together to provide customers with the best possible solution to enhance their productivity. The award of this Gold standard is something that we are all very proud of as we strive to deliver on our promises and where possible exceed expectations, and it is reflected in the substantial increase we are seeing in turnover particularly from new customers, many of which are coming to us following recommendations from others.” says Steve Coull, Jemtech’s Managing Director.
