Jemtech welcomes over 700 visitors to its stand at MACH 2018 and takes over 300 significant leads and enquiries over the five days.

Jemtech UK, the exclusive distributor of Blaser Swisslube metalworking fluids in the UK and Ireland, and supplier of Oracle advanced fluid management systems has reported that its attendance at MACH 2018 was a resounding success.

Exhibiting from its largest stand ever at a MACH Show, Jemtech used the event to showcase not only a range of products and services from its extensive and impressive portfolio, but to also impress upon visitors the critical role that metalworking fluids (and their management) have in making machining processes more reliable and secure.

According to Stewart Coull, Jemtech’s Managing Director, “the approach paid dividends and helped Jemtech substantiate and reinforce its position as a market-leading metalworking fluid management specialist.”

Key products showcased by Jemtech at MACH included Blaser Swisslube’s Vasco 7000 – a vegetable ester-based fluid specifically designed to machine exotic and difficult-to-machine materials that include titanium, Inconel and stainless steels.

Explains Stewart Coull:

“Vasco 7000 is popular with component manufacturing companies, from OEMs and Tier 1 organisations through to precision subcontractors.

“It is one of our best-selling metalworking fluids and is endorsed by a large number of market leading aerospace, medical and motorsport manufacturers. It’s also the preferred cutting fluid for a growing number of machine tool builders and technology suppliers too.”

However, whilst the selection of the correct metalworking fluid is critical in every machining process where cutting fluids are used, an equally important issue affecting productivity, quality and performance, is effective fluid management.

In July 2016 Oracle fluid management systems were introduced by Jemtech into the UK to wide acclaim. Since the launch, take-up of Oracle systems has been nothing short of impressive and its growing customer/user base comprises a growing number of companies operating in the aerospace, motorsport and hydraulic pump sectors.

Against this backdrop it was not surprising that Oracle fluid management systems shared top billing on Jemtech’s stand at MACH.

Comments Stewart Coull:

“Oracle fluid management systems were exhibited at MACH for the first time and interest was naturally high.

“Since being introduced some 20 months ago Oracle has been constantly developed and refined resulting in a number of different systems now being available to manufacturers i.e. multi-sump systems, Oracle Light etc.”

Whilst Blaser Swisslube metalworking fluids and Oracle fluid management systems were the main draw to Jemtech’s stand, other products and services provided by the company also played their part – most notable amongst these were CleanMist extraction units and systems which can now be acquired by manufacturers from as little as £65.00 per month.

Although MACH is now over and Jemtech is focused on following up the many leads taken during the Show, Stewart Coull is keen to stress that there is much to look forward to from Jemtech in the weeks and months ahead.

“We will be launching three new Blaser Swisslube products into the market in the next quarter that includes the revolutionary ‘crystal clear’ Synergy 735 – a fully-synthetic, high-performance and high-stability cutting fluid deal for machining aluminium, titanium and Inconel.
